Experienced SAS Programmers/ BI Consultants
We have an immediate need for SAS Programmers and/or SAS BI Consultants to support engagements with public and private sector clients in Washington, DC / Charlotte, NC / and San Francisco, CA. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of BASE SAS experience
  2. Exceptional communication skills
  3. Experience with the Microsoft Suite of software
  4. Ability to write DATA STEP code and utilize base SAS procedures such as PRINT, TABULATE, UNIVARIATE, MEAN, FREQ, etc.
  5. Ability to import SAS data from a variety of sources using SAS code and exporting SAS data to various targets using SAS code.
  6. Ability to be on client site when / if necessary

Desired Qualifications

  1. Experience using SAS BI tools such as DI Studio, OLAP Cube Studio, and Enterprise Guide
  2. Experience designing reports using Information Map Studio, and Web Report Studio

Experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls, and Improper Payments Consultants/Analysts

We are seeking experienced data- and decision-centric Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Financial Management and Information Technology Internal Controls, and Improper Payments consultants/analysts for full time assignments supporting clients in the Washington, DC metro area. Duties will include the strategizing, designing, implementing, and supporting complex program and administrative environments within federal government agencies.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

  1. Consultants/Analysts must have 3+ years of continuous professional experience, preferably with at least 2+ years concentrated in federal financial management processes and systems (e.g., Oracle Federal Financials, CGI Momentum)
  2. “Big 4” experience is required, preferably as an in-charge senior or manager
  3. Experience must include strategy, design, implementation, and support of an ERM or internal controls program based on GAO “Green Book,” FMFIA, OMB Circular A-123, GRPRMA, IPIA (as amended), FFMIA, and FISMA
  4. Hand-on experience with data analytics, statistics, modeling, simulation, business intelligence or data visualization tools

Tableau Administrator / Developer

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Admin / Developer for full time assignments supporting several clients in the Washington, DC area. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in dashboard and report development using Tableau.

Required Experience / Education / Qualifications:

  1. Tableau Administrator who has experience developing in and administering Tableau Server, Tableau Desktop on Windows Platform.
  2. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  3. Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and upgrading Tableau servers

Health Care Fraud Investigator

We are seeking experienced data and decision centric Heath Care Fraud Investigators. Primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving instances of Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse, analyzing claims for risk identification, evaluation and analysis of improper payments, to improve and provide ongoing, up-to-date support to the current review activities of Medicaid Providers and Participants.

Experience Requirements:

  1. Consultants/Analysts must have 3+ years of continuous professional experience
  2. Minimum 2 years concentrated in investigating healthcare fraud, waste and abuse
  3. Hands-on experience with healthcare and insurance claims
  4. Experiences include: risk identification, evaluation and analysis of improper payments, waste, fraud or misuse of assets
  5. Basic knowledge of federal, state and local laws & regulations related to the health insurance industry including Medicaid Title XIX, CHIP Title XXI, and waiver programs.
  6. Accreditation in medical coding, AHFI and/or CFE or relevant comparable certification is desirable.
  7. Strong client and team interaction skills
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  9. Ability to clear a federal minimum background investigation (must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
